Facilitation of meetings is shared across members, regardless of where the meeting may be hosted.

Keeping on Topic

Facilitator to prioritize agenda and manage discussion time. Meeting agenda will be drafted by the meeting facilitator. Agenda topics are collected from members input and from previous meetings.

Participation

Chapters are intentionally intimate in size, to encourage accountability and support continuity. Member speaking holds the floor and should feel free to expect complete, direct engagement minus distractions. That means no phones or computers.
